Did we mention we are now roasting our own coffee? Just across the Saco River, you can find Christian roasting up specialty grade Arabica coffee (that's the good stuff) grown on coffee farms from around the world. Christian learned the art and science of coffee roasting at Coffee Lab International in Vermont. He's as serious about the science of coffee roasting as he is passionate about the art of developing great tasting coffee.
